Island Escape Goat Milk Soap

If you love sweet tropical scents, pick Island Escape!  It is a blend of tamarind, mandarin, red currant, date and coconut milks.  Colored with a Caribbean Blue it is sure to take you to the tropics.  It also has ground walnut shells in the bottom layer for an extra scrub.  It is created with our farm fresh raw & unprocessed goat milk and only three oils - Olive Oil, Coconut Oil, and Palm Oil.  

Island Escape Goat Milk Soap is created with the following:

Our farm fresh raw & unprocessed Goat Milk

Olive Oil

Coconut Oil

Palm Oil

Sunflower Oil

Sodium Hydroxide (Lye)

Sodium Lactate 

Fragrance Oil

Ground Walnut Shells

Colors

Added to the oils is a mixture of Raw Goat Milk and Sodium Hydroxide (Lye). Just before pouring the soap into the molds we add Sodium Lactate. 

Sodium Lactate is a liquid salt that is naturally derived from the natural fermentation of sugars found in corn and beets. In Cold Process soap, Sodium Lactate helps to produce a harder bar of soap that lasts longer in the shower. Because Sodium Lactate is a salt, it is a natural humectant, providing moisture.

Every bar of soap is unique in appearance and your bar of soap will likely vary from the one pictured.
